Data controller
This privacy policy describes how R&R Advisory processes personal data when you visit the GAUYA website gauya.eu, request a consultation or try the GAUYA demo. GAUYA is a product developed by R&R Advisory.
The data controller is SIA "RR Advisory", registration number 40203749959, VAT number LV40203749959, registered office: Slokas iela 25/27 - 4, Jūrmala, LV-2015, Latvia. For questions about data processing, write to info@rradvisory.eu.
What data we process
When you request a consultation, the only thing you enter is your work email address. Along with it we receive the language of the site (Latvian or English), so that we can reply in the same language. We do not ask for your name, phone number or company name.
When you visit the website or the demo, our hosting provider, like any web server, automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request.
The GAUYA demo uses invented sample data only and needs no sign-up. The changes you make in the demo are kept in your browser (see Cookies). Some demo actions, such as creating a PDF document, send data to our server only to carry out that action, and we do not keep it. Please do not enter real personal data in the demo.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your email address only to respond to your request: to send you a personalised link to R&R Advisory's digital audit questionnaire (the step before the consultation), to arrange the consultation, to prepare a proposal and to maintain communication regarding potential or agreed cooperation. We do not use it for newsletters or advertising.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to the requests we receive and developing business relationships (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website running and secure, including limiting repeated requests from the same IP address (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing your email address is voluntary and is not a statutory or contractual requirement, but without it we cannot contact you about the consultation. We do not make automated decisions about you or carry out profiling.
If you fill in the audit questionnaire, the information you give there is processed as described in the privacy policy available on the questionnaire page.
Retention period
We keep your consultation request for as long as needed to discuss the consultation and possible cooperation, and no longer than 24 months from the day you submitted it, unless the contact develops into a contractual relationship - in which case we retain the data for the periods required by law.
Our hosting provider keeps server logs with technical data for no longer than 30 days.
Sharing of data
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Your data may be accessed by our authorised staff and by the following service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations: Vercel (hosting of this website, the demo and our enquiry system), Supabase (enquiry database), ClickUp (our sales task list) and Resend (sending email).
Some of our service providers are based outside the EEA, mainly in the US. The transfer basis is the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses; you can get a copy by writing to info@rradvisory.eu.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it ("right to be forgotten"), to restrict its processing, and the right to data portability.
You also have the right to object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests. If you object to being contacted about the consultation, we will delete your request.
To exercise these rights, contact us at info@rradvisory.eu. If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv).
Cookies
The gauya.eu website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and it does not use your browser's storage. Fonts are served from our own server.
If you open the GAUYA demo (demo.rradvisory.eu), it keeps the changes you make and your interface settings, such as panel widths, in your browser's local storage (localStorage). This is needed for the demo to work as you requested and is not used for any other purpose. This data stays on your device, and you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
